Conditions of participation

1.The organizer of the campaign is SPICED Academy.
2.To be eligible for the 500€ reward, the candidate you refer must clearly mention your name during their application.
3.You can refer as many candidates as you'd like! For each candidate who completes the bootcamp, you’ll receive a 500€ reward.
4.The program runs until the end of December 31, 2024 for the €500 payout. The decisive factor is the receipt of the referred person's application with SPICED.

The prerequisites

5.Only the first information about the referrer provided by the candidate shall apply (subsequent corrections shall be irrelevant). If the candidate does not inform us correctly about the referrer, there is no entitlement to a reward. In addition, the candidate must have successfully completed the respective SPICED bootcamp after successfully completing the application process and must have paid the agreed fee for the bootcamp in full (benefits from third parties, e.g. education voucher, are equivalent).

The reward

6.We will inform eligible participants when all requirements for the granting of the reward have been met. There is expressly no entitlement to the reward as long as the fulfillment of all aforementioned prerequisites has not yet been ensured.
7.The reward is not: transferable, otherwise offsettable, postponable or combinable with other promotions. We are still entitled to provide the reward in another equivalent form, if the reward in the originally intended form for reasons for which we are not responsible becomes impossible or unreasonable.
8.We are entitled to exclude participants and to reclaim paid rewards in the event of: subsequent discontinuation of the prerequisites in accordance with the aforementioned clause 5. manipulation, fraud and other serious violations of these conditions of participation in individual cases.

The data

9.The personal data provided during your participation in this campaign will be stored and processed exclusively for the organization and implementation of the campaign in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Last few notes

10.Participants undertake not to violate any laws or the rights of third parties during the implementation and participation. In particular, it is prohibited to use unsolicited or harassing advertising (especially spam or unsolicited messages and telephone calls) or to make untrue or misleading statements to us or third parties. The participant indemnifies us against all damages incurred by us as a result of legal infringements by the participant. This also includes the reasonable costs of legal defense. In the event of culpable violations of the law, we shall be entitled to exclude the participant and to reclaim any premiums obtained as a result of such actions.
11.We shall be liable for intent, breach of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment is necessary for the implementation of the promotion and on which a participant may therefore always rely), injury to life, limb or health, within the scope of liability under the Product Liability Act and for any guarantees assumed. In case of only negligent, but not grossly negligent violation of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the contract-typical and foreseeable damage. In all other respects, our liability is excluded, irrespective of the legal grounds. This also applies to the liability of our bodies, employees and vicarious agents as well as to claims for reimbursement of expenses.
12.These Terms and Conditions of Participation shall remain effective in their remaining parts even if individual points are legally invalid, insofar as this is not unreasonable for the participant.
