Phase IV: Plan, Roadmap Creation, and Team Collaboration 💯
Master the art of planning product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, estimating efforts, and analyzing risks. Develop skills to effectively communicate and align the product strategy with all parties involved. Learn to work seamlessly with development teams and understand the development process.
Phase V: Delivery 🧪
