What's in store at our Web Development bootcamp
Prep Phase: The building blocks of the world wide web 💯
Build your own web pages and begin to work with responsive design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Once you’ve finished the prep course, you’ll be ready for the on-site portion of our coding bootcamp.
Phase I: Take your websites to the next level 💻
Continue developing your skills alongside an international cohort of soon-to-be web developers. You'll create exciting interactive web apps and animations using native browser APIs, with modern frameworks and technologies.
Phase II: Time to go Fullstack 👩💻
You’ll build server-side JavaScript applications using NextJS and learn to use third party APIs to create exciting dynamic web pages. You’ll level up your frontend abilities by creating powerful single page web applications with the most popular front-end framework, React.
Phase III: Final group project time! 💥
Combine the wealth of technical skills you've acquired during our coding bootcamp to build a capstone project of your teams choice. What's your passion? This final phase of the course gives you and your team the opportunity to work on a project entirely of your choosing before presenting it to our Spiced network on graduation day.
Phase IV: Stay connected to the Spiced Community 🤩
Our doors remain open for you after you leave. You’ll also have lifetime access to our Slack channel, which keeps you connected to thousands of Spicedlings throughout your career. Plus, you’re always invited to join graduations and events to reconnect with the community!

What kind of support does Spiced Academy provide to students during the web development bootcamp?
Great question! At Spiced Academy, our students come first. During our coding bootcamp, you'll receive comprehensive support from our instructors and mentors. I have no prior programming experience. Is that a problem?
No worries! Although a little bit of familiarity with code is useful for the assessment, our bootcamps are designed for everyone, regardless of your previous knowledge. We've developed a proven learning method that will take you from a beginner to braniac step by step. So, no need to panic, just pay attention to all the prep work we send your way before the course.
